After my recent insurance nightmare, I HAD to write a review about how well Kawa Orthodontics handled it! First of all, a huge thank you to Rainy Harrigan (treatment coordinator) for being consistent, helpful, patient, and truly amazing throughout the entire process. I came in for a wisdom tooth consult and we kept in touch from the beginning to end. I feel like I even want to have coffee with her sometime! Kawa, you are so lucky to have her! After the procedure, I found out that my insurance (Guardian) made a mistake on the claim. I was overcharged by $300. Luckily, it was fixed by Rainy and I got my refund! Dr. Bland was also amazing! This was my second surgery with him! He’s very relaxed and easygoing. He’s easy to talk to and will make you feel comfortable even if you’re scared of surgery.
